Its four major enterprises are Zhengzhou Naidu Hot Ceramics Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Naidu Kiln Engineering Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Naidu Refractory Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhengzhou High tech Development Zone), and Zhengzhou Song'ao Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. Founded in 1982, it has gone through more than 40 years of development, with fixed assets exceeding 100 million yuan, a total registered capital of 145 million yuan, an area of 152 acres, a building area of 38000 square meters, and a total of more than 820 employees, including more than 300 professional and technical personnel.

As early as 1993, traditional refractory materials had low wear resistance, weak erosion resistance, and poor thermal shock stability. The company took the lead in technical cooperation with the former Luoyang Refractory Materials Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgy to jointly develop early products of wear-resistant refractory materials, and thus introduced a refractory wear resistance testing machine from the United States. In 1996, the first batch of materials were successfully developed and jointly sampled by Combustion Power Corporation (CPC) and Harbin Boiler Works. They were sent to the American Refractory Testing and Inspection Institute (RTI) for physical and chemical analysis and performance testing according to the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards. The conclusion was that the samples had "high strength, low wear, and better mechanical properties than the requirements proposed by CPC", and "this plastic mixture was something RTI had never encountered before. ”.

Today's Naidu Enterprise Group integrates technology research and development, design and production, engineering construction, and sales services. In 2010 and 2013, after research, certification, and licensing by the Development and Reform Commission and Science and Technology Commission of Zhengzhou City and Henan Province, the "Zhengzhou High Temperature Wear resistant Materials Engineering Research Center" and the "Henan Province High Temperature Wear resistant Materials Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" officially settled in our company.
